30/3/19 - SYF Exchange 2019!

Dear band, 

7.40 - 7.55am: Set up and warm up

7.55 - 8.30am: Run through pieces with Mrs Chua @hall

           [8.20am: Ushers (8) wait for their schools @foyer]

8.30 - 8.45am: Break 

8.45 - 12.15pm: Performance (20min/band including comments from conductors) + 30 min break in between schools

12.15 - 12.20pm: Wait for everyone to leave

12.20 - 12.50pm: Pack up

12.50 - 1pm: Debrief

*we will be the 1st band performing

*please be back at the hall after break at 8.45am sharp, most of the other band will be seated on the floor already

*bread is provided by the teachers, will be given out during break

*please smile, we're hosts, be nice when other band ask you things

*conductors' comments will be feedback on areas where we can work on for the next 2 weeks before SYF

*take note of different/interesting thins that you hear other band play. If you want to know more about it, just go ask them and learn!
