2.45-3: set up and warm up
3-4.45: sectionals on all limelight pieces (and if there is time, on the pieces for national day)
4.45-5: combines in the FM on school song
5-5.30: pack up and debrief

Dear Sec 1s:
2.30 - 2.45: Set-up and warm up
2.45 - 5pm: Combines with Mr Lee at band room
5 - 5.30pm: Debrief with main band

* sec 1s will be having combines in the band room at 3 with Mr Lee, so please do be silent when you go in and out of the band room

* from now on, when you arrive at 2.30, do not play your instruments outside (FM is okay and storeroom for smaller and softer instruments) as classes are going on, you can only start playing outside after 3pm

*sec 1s, if your classes end late (e.g 2.30, 3pm), there is NO NEED for you to request to leave earlier, just remember to hurry down as soon as you can

4.35 - 5pm: Campfire rehearsal
5 - 5.10pm: keep things from parade square
5.10 - 6.15pm: break for dinner + change into band tee 2018
6.15 - 6.30pm: set up at parade square
6.30 - 6.40pm: campfire performance
6.40 - 6.50pm: pack up
6.50 - 7pm: debrief

Attire for campfire:

*Sec 1s please collect your band uniforms after debrief, collection should end no later than 7.30pm

Wet weather:
Drizzling, we will play outside band room near canteen while campfire continue.

Heavy rain, all move to ISH. So need to Ensure our instruments movement are ok.
