Dear band,

7.30am: report and set up instruments
7.30-8.20am: warm ups and run through
8.20-8.30am: wear vest and tie (those wearing school shoes change to court shoes)
8.30-8.40am: move up to hall for performance
8.45am: band takes stage (dont fidget)
9-9.30am: pack up stage(Quietly) and move instruments down
9.30-10am: pack up and dismissal

2-2.30: move heavy percussion instruments up and set up chairs, once done can be dismissed
3: estimated dismissal time

*those that end class by 2pm please take the initiative to help move instruments and set up chairs, for the rest, after class come down to help
* please arrange the chairs behind the screen (starting position)

3-3.10: Set-up instruments and move to ensemble room (venue may change)
3.10-5: Continue to work on fundamentals and SOE til page 8
5-5.15: Pack-up and debrief

Main band:

 3: set-up instruments and move to hall
3- 5.30: speech day rehearsal
5.30-6: pack up and debrief

*those who end class early please come down to help set up chairs and move instruments to hall

3.15-5pm: sectionals on speech day pieces
5-5.15pm: pack up debrief

*please note that because there is oral examination, only percussion will be having sectionals in the band room, for the other sections please use the classrooms and avoid any places which is near the hall
* we understand that most of you will be far away from the Band Room but  please still report for debrief on time
