LIMELIGHT - 20/3/18

Dear band,

8am  ( after assembly ): Report to band room in band tee, band skirt and braids and school shoes
8.30-10.30am: Final rehearsal with Mr Chua and Mrs Chua
10.30-11.15am:Pack-up for concert
11.15-11.40am: lunch*COMPULSORY FOR EVERYONE TO EAT*
11.40-12.00pm: sleep in FM
11.40-12.15pm: last minute packing and check, [pls go to the washroom, don't go last minute] (make sure they have everything - tie, mouthpiece)
12.15-12.30pm: start moving instruments to be on lorry to loading bay
12.30-12.45: Lorry’s arrival/standby
12.45-1.00pm: move to floyer
1-1.10pm: Line up in 4 rows(2 for brass, 2 for ww) and wait for bus [Sls do headcount]
1.15pm-1.45pm: Travel to esplanade
1.45- 2pm: percussion and percussion helpers move instruments to concert hall (passes given out at taxi stand)
2-2.15pm: Move to concert hall audience area - set up instruments & get ready for rehearsal
2.15-2.30pm: Sls/ Percussions on stage to set up (chairs, stands, etc.) , standby rehearsal
2.30-4.00pm: Rehearsal w/ Mr&Mrs Chua
4.00-5.00pm: Rehearsal w/ Mr Lee
5.00-5.30pm: Dry run w/ Emcee & Crew
5.30-6.30pm: No activities in Concert Hall
Break for Dinner @ Green Room
Clean up after dinner (nothing left behind, no eating in dressing rooms)
Dress up: tying of hair, change of attire to full band uniform
Final checks on attire/appearance etc.
5.30-5.40pm: short briefing to band members, dressing rooms allocation (labels to be pasted on doors)
6.30-6.40pm:
6.40- 6.50pm: meet and greet  ( be backstage by 6.55pm)
6.55-7.10pm: last minute check for each member’s attires - files/instruments/accessories, SLs to get section ready backstage (headcount)
7.15-7.30pm: Standby for call to take stage
All members in their rows at respective entrances
7.30-8.30pm: performance
8.30- 9pm(estimated): percussion and percussion helpers move percussion instruments into lorry
9.10pm : lorry’s arrival
9.10- 9.30pm: rest of band pack and vacate dressing rooms and wait at taxi stand
9.45pm-10.20pm: arrival of busses and travel back to school (phones could be used to call parents)
10.45pm: latest dismissal time , no debrief
