THIS IS OUR SHOW, LETS OWN IT!

9.00: release from class
9-9:30: recess
9.30-9.45 :Set up instruments, help set up instruments for those who are not down yet
9.45-10.00: Change to court shoes and pack section things into exco bags
(excluding tuners) (exchange gifts if have time)
10-11 : combines
11-11:30: Change into stockings and vests
11.30-11.45: Exco last debrief
11:45-11.55: Pack tuners + department stuff into exco bag
11.55-12.00: Move to foyer to board bus to UCC
12.00-12.35: Travelling time to UCC
12.35: Arrived at UCC (gather at entrance)
-Gather in an orderly manner (Brasses and WWs 2 rows each)
-don’t block pathway
12.35-12.45: Gather outside near some corner the usher allocates to us (second level) (consume bananas) 

-TELL THE EXCO IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE BANANAS

-RINSE YOUR MOUTH AFTER YOU ARE DONE CONSUMING THE BANANAS

-DO NOT MAKE A LOT OF NOISE IN THE BATHROOMS

-MOVE FAST BECAUSE WE HAVE TO GO TO THE TUNING ROOM

12.45-12.55: Go to the washroom (rinse your mouth, drink water)
12.55-1.10: relax and final check on instruments (take tuners from exco bags)
1.10-1.25: Move to tuning room and tune
( please do not make any sound until Mrs Chua says so )
-after you are done tuning, place tuners into exco bag (located near the teachers)
1.25-1.30: Performance time!
1.30-1.45: Competition time! :)
1.45-2:  moving instruments and buffer time

-ENSURE ALL INSTRUMENTS ARE WITH YOU (PERCUSSION)

-FOOD ITEMS TO BE BROUGHT BACK TO THE BUS

-LINE UP IN 2s BY THE SIDE

-IF NEED FOOD WHILE WAITING FOR BUS, EAT QUIETLY

-WATER WILL BE IN EXCO BAG (MAYBE IN BANANA BAGS)
2.00-2.30: Travelling back to school
2.30-3.00: Debrief + pack up

-TAKE BACK EVERYTHING FROM EXCO BAG

-IF STILL NEED TO EXCHANGE GIFT (DO IT)

-ENSURE TO THROW AWAY BANANA PEELS AND LEFTOVER BANANAS TO BE CONSUMED

-DRINK LOTS OF WATER

3.00 Onwards (continue with lesson if needed if needed :)

 * Ms Low would like to give a limelight debrief tomorrow so please do not be late for debrief!
