Dear Band,

9-9:15 : set up instruments
9:15-12 : section warm ups and sectionals on star wars
* 10:15-10:45 : campfire rehearsal in parade square. 
12-1 : lunch
1-4 : combines with Mrs Chua on star wars and spain
4-4:30 : pack up and debrief


-more instructions will be on the band board tomorrow so do read the band board!

Dear band,

Welcome back to band!! We hope that you are well rested and ready for 2017!

9-9.05 : set up instruments and move straight to FM
9-12 : combines on Sunny Island with Fairfield
12-1: lunch
1- 2 :combines on xxy with conductor
2- 3.50: combines on Star wars
3.50 -4: pack up chairs and proceed to band room quickly
4 -4.15 : briefing with Ms Low
4.15- 4.30 debrief and pack up
