8.45-10.30 warm ups in FM
Combines on Bruno, Viva and if there's time Big band
10.30-12.00 sectionals
SLs please make sure your section is using it productively
12.00-1.00 lunch ( provided)
1.00-3.50 sec 1 + 2 with Mr Lee in FM
Sec 3 combines on animation in recording studio
4.00-4.30 pack up and debrief

There are O Levels going on so please dont play out of the FM and stay quiet

Please bring your I recommend and Total training
9-12 combines on Bruno Mars, Viva and happy
12-1 lunch (provided)
Fluboes, Clarinets, saxophones and LWW will be doing your filming
1-350 sectionals on Level items, percussion ensemble
Sec ones make sure to work on whatever you need and be productive. Get your seniors help as you need
4-4.30 debrief and pack up

There are O Levels going on tomorrow so please do not play outside of the FM and be quiet when you are having lunch or moving around.

Hi band,

2.30pm-3.15pm: spectrum plans (movements on the stage etc.)
3.15pm-3.30pm: band coords brief band about props
3.30pm-4pm: start on props, vernis will be briefing the sec 1s on the dance actions for happy
4pm-5.50pm: combines with Mr Chua or Mrs Chua (please look at the pieces required for combines on the board tmr)
6-6.15pm: pack up and debrief

Hi Band!

2.30-2.50: set up and do self warmup
2.50-5: sec 1s and 2s with Mr Lee in the fm, sec 3s sectionals when you are not involved in the auditing
5-5.30: pack and debrief

Please do not let Mr Lee wait to start combines and do your best during the practice too :)

Hi Band

2.30pm-2.45pm: set up
2.45pm-5.50pm: Sec 1s - bruno mars with Mrs Chua in recording studio , Sec 2s - disney film favourites with Mr Chua in FM , Sec 3s - own sectionals on Animation Medley until Mrs Chua guides us after the sec 1s ( stay inside!)
6pm-6.15pm: pack up and debrief

There's O Levels on so stay in the FM!

Hi Band, 

Please report in your 2015 band tee, and school skirt

Please take note in instances of haze ,our booth and performances will be in the ISH and only woodwind and small percussion instruments need be on display

SLs please also take this time to set up the instruments to be placed at the booth and to place it at the booth 

8.45-9.15 warm ups in the FM

9.15-9.30 combines on all open house pieces and Bruno Mars and Viva 

9.30-9-40 move out and to parade square (we will be in the middle of the parade square instead of the side) Please also make sure to help percussion and tubass

Please don't interrupt anyone who is performing in the parade square at that time. Wait if necessary! 

9.40-9.45 Performance 1: AATB (standing)  

9.45-10.30 combines in FM 

10.30-10.40 big band move out 

10.40-10.45  Performance 2: In Summer (standing) 

10.45- 11.30 combines 

11.30-12.15 lunch (ordered) 

If you are on duty during lunch, please have your lunch before/ after your shift and if you need more time ask the Exco member you are on duty with 

12.15-12.30 warm up in FM

Hi band,

Please come down quickly and set up quickly after your post exam activities.

230-245 set up
245-3 section warm up
- do the total training exercises we normally do as well as what Mrs Chua did on Monday.
3-550 All sectionals.
Sec 1s please have sectionals and work on what Mr Lee has taught you as well as All About That Bass. If you still have time. Work on Bruno Mars and Viva la Vida

Sec 2+3s please work on the Open house pieces and help your sec ones. If you have time please work on other spectrum pieces.

Please manage your time well and be productive. Time is short!

- Lighthearted March (full band)
