All those who have yet to hand up results slips, bring it tomorrow. The secretaries are already having a hard time collating them, don't make their job harder by handing it in late.

Also remember to bring cardboard if you have any to spare at home.

Dear band,

2:30-2:45 set up

2:45-3:00 sec 1s stay in band room for warm-ups and the rest go for sectionals (in the store room or in FM only)

3:00-5:00 sec 1s combines with Mr lee, bring I recommend and all your other pieces that we are currently working on, the rest continue on sectionals

5:00-5:30 pack up and debrief

Please be reminded, NO PLAYING OUTSIDE! Because there is o levels going on in the hall

Photocopy your scores asap, preferably by tmr so the sec 1s will also have the score for combines with Mr Lee.

Sec 1s please be on time and do not waste Mr Lee's time because he rarely comes.

10:30 Performance 1 (Roar and Return of the Cat)
12:15 Performance 2 (Sec 3 I Only Care About You and In the Mood)
2:00 Performance 3 (Sec 1+2 Howls Moving Castle and Sesame Street)

If you are unable to make it for your slot, you can do a mutual swap with someone else. No one is allowed to not do their booth duty. Please remember to inform the exco before doing the mutual swap.

You remain at your booth until at least 2 people from the next duty slot has come to the booth

Attire is band tee (property of CGSSB) + School skirt + school socks + school shoes

All SLs meet Ms Low at FM Recording Studio at 8:00

8:45-9:15 crunches and move percussion instruments and stands back to FM

9:15-9:45 warm ups in FM

9:45-12:30 sectionals on Roar and Return of the Cat (to be played for open house on 18 Oct, the coming Saturday), as well as Show 1 items

12:30-1:15 lunch

1:15-3:00 sectionals

3:00-4:00 combines on Return of the Cat and Roar

Photocopy eighties gold score and return the originals to the librarians by tomorrow or latest Tuesday.

Please remind your friends about band tomorrow.

Also remember to bring $6 as they would be the payment for lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Sec 2s are also required to stay back after band to help with the band board unless you are not free.
