2:45-4:15 warm up work on your fundamentals, long tones scales, arpeggios etc (more details will be written on the whiteboard tmr) (seniors please help your juniors)
4:15-4:45 combines in FM for long tones etc.
4:45-5:00 crunches in band room
5:00-5:30 pack up and debrief

Dear band,
6:35-6:50 come straight to the band room, set up instruments: those who set up faster help perc and tubass to move their instruments to the parade square and set up the benches in the parade square.
6:50-7:15 warm up in band room
7:15-7:55 settle down in parade square and wait for flag raising to start + speech made by principle etc. (sec 1s join your classes for flag raising then after the ceremony is over, come over to the side of the parade square to help unpack the benches and help other sections carry things that they are unable to bring back to the band room.
7:55-8:00 move benches back to the canteen and put instruments back in band room
8:00-8:20 break
8:20-9:00 last rehearsal, uniform checks and move up to the hall
9:00-9:10 seated on stage and ready to perform
9:10-9:30 performance
9:30-9:45 move instruments back down from hall
9:45-10:15 pack up and debrief
10:15 dismissed go to the hall to join your classmates for the rest of the national day celebration
Please clear the stage fast enough so that we will not delay the starting time of the other performances. Remember to eat your breakfast before you come, especially people playing national anthem because you have to play it before your break.
The latest time to report is 6:50am. BE ALERT tomorrow, so we won't be delayed by the movement of bigger instruments and benches etc.

2:50-3:35 sectionals on national day pieces and national anthem
3:45-4:10 Assemble at band room as Ms Low would like to speak with us
4:10-4:25 Sectionals
4:30-5:00 Combines in FM
5:00-5:30 pack up and debrief
SLs please take attendance before Ms Low comes as she would like to know who is absent.
SLs also remember to assign things to your juniors for them to work on during sectionals as after the talk Ms Low would like to speak with the sec 3s.
Please do take sectionals seriously as National Day performance is in 2 practices time

8:25-8:40 move to foyer with all your things you need to bring to SCH (helpers for perc please help to move the instruments to the foyer earlier if you are free.)

11:10 reach school, pack up and debrief

Those who are able to the French braid at home please do so because we do not have many ppl who can tie French braid. Remember to bring your hair ties!
Sec 1 helpers report to band room at 8am.
Report in band uniform. Remember to bring your ties! As for shoes, if you are not planning to wear your court shoes to school. Please remember to bring them along. Other than court shoes, only school shoes are allowed. If you do not have stockings, please wear your school socks if you are going to wear your school shoes. Label your court shoes so you will not wear someone else's one and won't create any unnecessary problems.
Other than Hui Yen from Eupho, no one is allowed to come later than 7am. But also try not to come too early as the teachers will not open the gate so early.
Please rest well, SLEEP EARLY!
Eat your breakfast in the morning tmr and make sure you are full. But make sure you do not over eat as well, it wouldn't be nice if you were to throw up at SCH.
Lastly, remember to watch Mrs Chua and immerse yourself in the music.
